Hello everyone. I'm sure this topic has probably come up, but can anybody tell me if there is a way to watch youtube video's on the blackberry pearl. It keeps telling me that I need flash player, but I cant find a way to install

. If somebody, can let me know what I need to do that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance

Only way to do it is to use Firefox browser on you PC to download the video and use the video encoding thread at the top of this page to format it for your pearl. Then transfer it to your Pearl via usb. Unfortunately, you can't just view it on your Pearl through the browser.

I use this method to get YouTube stuff onto my ipod

BTW you have to download the plug in to do this. It can easily be found here: https://addons.mozilla.org/search.ph...=A&app=firefox

YouTube videos are FLV (Flash) formats. Like others said, you need to get it onto your PC and convert them. Or you could go to tinytube.net and watch their stuff.

You can also convert YouTube files to watch them on your BlackBerry Pearl or BlackBerry 8800.

There is a website called www.tinytube.com it doesn't play from youtube but it does get videos from other various good websites and you can download directly from website to your phone. -MP
