The Rogers link does go to a page with most BB OS downloads, but there is another site on Rogers where you choose device and model, and ALL the OS's are there.

I just got off the phone with Tech Support, because there is no OS on that page for the new 7130g.

The better page to go is:

https://www.shoprogers.com/web_auth/techsupport.asp

It is quite common for the Rogers.com site to have multiple competing pages for the same service/info/content where there is different information available. It's quite confusing (and annoying at times like this!).
