there is no O2 site i have one of the 7290 BB and its lost its browser for o2 is there one and any idea where i can get one from, i am new at this BB thing

its ok sorted tried to install the beta opra did not show up tried it again and all well now have to workout how to get the thing on line lol.

but the o2 site thing is not listed above

Can anyone tell me what software is used in Vodafone Hungary BB 7290 devices? This carrier doesn't seem to be on any list, and not even a Google search could help so far.

I'm looking for the Alltel 8830 software. Or can I use one with a different Version, Platform, Release like sprint or Verizon and just delete the Vendor.alx file???

I have a buddy who has an 8700g with EDGE Wireless, who I believe is AT&T, but on their download site they have the 8700c...

Any idea where he should download from to update his OS?

Any providers 8700 software should do. You just have to delete the vendor.xml file if the OS is not from the original provider. Just pick the newest one.
